We can take off your hands management of the properties and then we will:
- Fill them up with tenants, that we will reference and credit check
- Manage property and tenants throughout the length of the agreement
- Do minor maintenance and coordinate with you on larger works
- Pay all utility bills and council tax on time
- Provide professional cleaning service for communal areas in the property
We will do all above while you will continue to receive ALL your managements fees. We will pay the rent directly to to you, so you can forward it to landlord after deducting your fees.
