All bills are included
Renting one of our properties means that you will be in full control of your monthly outgoings, as there are no hidden costs or charges. Your bills are included in your rent, so headache of admin, unepected charges or time wasted on dealing with suppliers. Leave that to us.
Free cleaning
We are providing regular professional cleaning to all communal areas of our properties.
One point of contact for maintenance
We take pride in running our properties in top condition. We are providing one stop shop for all the maintenance requests for our tenants. You just need to call one number and we will take care of it.
Deposit protection
Your deposit is protected with Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), government backed organisation that is there to protect tenants against unfair deductions from their deposit. When your contract is finished and you return the keys to us, we then request to release your deposit immediately. This normally reaches you within five working days.
No fees on application
All you will need to move in to your new home is a deposit and first week’s rent. There are no fees for checks, finding accommodation or any administration related you your tenancy.
Relocate for free
If you will ever want to move to another room within our properties, we will only charge (or refund!) the difference in the deposit. No other fees!
